This page brings together all the information we are required to publish under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities (2015) and the Accounts and Audit Regulations (2015).Even though our annual turnover exceeds £25,000, we follow the Code as best practice to ensure residents can easily see how public money is spent and decisions are made.All documents listed here are freely available for public inspection. We publish details of all individual payments over £100, showing the date and purpose of the expenditure the amount paid, and the supplier or payee

End-of-Year Accounts
Our annual accounting statements show the council’s income, expenditure, and balances for each financial year.
These are prepared according to the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 and reviewed by our Internal Auditor.

This document confirms that the council has followed proper practices in governance, finance, and risk management during the year.

Each year an independent internal auditor reviews our financial systems and controls.

5️ Councillor Information
We publish the names of all parish councillors, their roles, and responsibilities on committees or working groups, and any representation on outside bodies.

We maintain a record of all land and buildings owned or managed by the Parish Council — including bus shelters, benches, noticeboards, verges, and other community assets.

We publish:

9️ Public Rights and Audit Information
Each year, residents have the right to inspect the council’s accounts and supporting documents during the statutory period of public rights (usually in June and July).
The notice of public rights and inspection details are published here annually.

As no election has been called, the Council intends to fill these vacancies by co-option at a meeting in early 2026.
